quick walk efficient staff spacious room
the quick walk from arrivals made the early morning flight less stressful. the reception staff was efficient during check-in. i found the room spacious enough to accommodate luggage, a big advantage after a long trip!
the hallway carpets showed some wear, something i noticed but didn't detract much from my stay.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection, yet the quality seemed average to me. It offered many options. the ground floor read did not have my room number when i first went down. breakfast was well prepared, though.

My room was large, comfortable and furnished well. It added a touch of luxury to my rest. i liked the separate shower area. the room felt quiet allowing for restful sleep before my next flight.

I appreciate the concierge service, with Andy and Jess being particularly helpful. They assisted with luggage, a valuable aid for families. The check-in was efficient and fast. The proximity to the airport terminal made transfers seamless.
I had a minor issue with cleanliness . I noticed some dust in a few spots around the room. The staff quickly resolved the issue after it was reported.
